A great example of a ballet leotard is the Capezio Girls Black Ballet Leotard. This leotard is made for young girls who are in ballet rather than older women. I am sure that this company probably makes a very similar leotard for adults as well however. This leotard comes in a few different sizes for children. It is mostly black, like you would expect, it has a scooped neck and short sleeves. The top half of the leotard, around the chest, has some pink flowers embroidered on it, which give it a very nice effect. The material on the chest is also different. It is a much thicker looking material with a much richer black.
For adults you could try the Leotard Turtleneck Black Dancewear. This is intended for adult women. It features a turtleneck, which some people might find uncomfortable if they aren't already used to this type of leotard. It has long sleeves and a ballet cut leg. This black leotard could also be worn as a costume rather than ballet leotard if you so desire. It comes in all of the adult sizes including small, medium, large, and extra large. This leotard also has a zipper on the back so you can easily get in and out of it.
For adults, Capezio makes many different leotards as well. Like I said already though, I'm not sure if they make one with the same flower pattern as the other one. The first of their leotards I would like to point out is the Capezio Classic Tank Leotard. It is made from a mixture of cotton and lycra, which makes it breathable and still stretchy. This material mixture also gives it a very saturated color, so your black leotard will never begin to appear washed out. This leotard has a jazz cut leg.
Capezio also makes a camisole black ballet leotard. This leotard features adjustable shoulder straps and a very deep V cut back. It has a moderate leg cut and a self-fabric shelf bra built in.
